MINUTES
Called to Order at 2:30 p.m. by newly elected President, Jim Florence.

Note was made no clubs or groups were in
attendance.
Secretary Report: No past minutes available
Jim will check calendar for 3 dates: Quarterly
Bd Meetings; Budget Meeting and meeting with WEBmaster.
Quarterly board meetings are to be established
within the months of January, April, June and October. This meeting
is the standing January meeting. Jim will confirm calendar for the
April meetings ASAP.
It was noted we need to be more cohesive
and keep communications open throughout this coming year. The big
push is to build our membership.
MOVED and SECONDED to appoint Don Hood as
acting Vice-President to fill the vacant position until the next
elections. MOTION CARRIED
